Texans would rather elect liars and thieves rather than someone who they believe might support an “out of the Collectivism” opinion on an issue. It breaks my heart that my fellow Texans are either too lazy or stupid to investigate a controversy and come to a conclusion. But more than that it breaks my heart that Texans have become so conditioned that anyone who doesn’t think “collectively” or in the “mainstream” as pundits like to put it, can be ostracized for their thoughts. What the poll says is that people would rather elect liars and athieves than someone who defends freedom of thought. OK, Texas, for once you have a choice of a real person instead of an arrogant elitist.
