Medina campaign confirms malicious viruses attacked four computers
and robo calls have been made legalizing drugs and prostitution if she is elected. The campaign’s computers seem also to be targeted by the opposition or their supporters. Four campaign computers crashed about the same time.. Computer service personnel confirm that the computers were attacked by malicious viruses. Although the campaign is attempting to verify who is responsible, and/or how this happened, it seems almost impossible for four to crash at one time without malicious intent from someone.
Penny Langford Freeman, the Medina campaign Manager, said that given the fact that the above referenced robo calls have been reported to them from across Texas, it seems likely that the computers being infected with malicious viruses all at one time is highly unlikely.
Mrs. Medina has stated that the current drug laws and “war against drugs” is not working; something most citizens are painfully aware of but something that most politicians defend. Debra has said that drug laws and their enforcement is the responsibility and right of the state and that these laws, after her election, will be a discussion that the Governor’s office and the people of Texas will have.
I have not heard statements by Debra on Prostitution, but I image she would handle that much as she has stated she would handle the drug laws and resulting problems – and that is having a conversation with the people of Texas.
