Cheney has probably done DM a favor. Even the most dedicated republican will utter under their breath what a liability Cheney has been to the part. What kind of guy shoots his own hunting partner with bird shot?

I just saw on the news that Dick Cheney is suppose to be endorsing KBH for governor. This really made me think about my earlier post. Are we going to let ourselves be divided again? Mr. Cheney has become the public defender of the Bush administration and the official "Obama Basher" for the Republican Party. Because we as Republicans are very unhappy with what the Dems and Obama are doing, are we going to be persuaded by a Cheney endorsement? Have we forgotten that he was instrumental in selling the idea of "weapons of mass destruction" and the invasion of Iraq and don't forget the role Halliburton plays in the military-industrial complex. When we consider his past advice on international issues, maybe we should have second thoughts about trusting his judgment for choosing our next Governor of Texas?
